Baked sesame chicken. Healthy and delicious.
- chicken breasts
- 2-3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of cooking wine
- some white pepper
- 1 cup of flour or corn flour
- black pepper
- back and white sesame seeds
- cilantro
- Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken over night in the fridge with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, cooking wine, cilantro and white pepper.
- Mix flour with freshly grounded black pepper. Coat chicken with flour.
- Bake the chicken at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the chicken.

Delicious curry from 2 different cans. Easy, simple and fast.
- 1 can of Thai curry paste (There are lots of different types - I like masaman)
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Any vegetables and/or meat you want, such as chicken breast, beef slices, eggplant, green pepper, baby corn, zucchini…etc.

我們現在面對一個問題. 在價格差不多的情況下.
不知道買房子是買靠近工作好. 但是小. 公寓. (Condo)
2房.1廳左右.開車約10到15分鐘
還是遠. 開車約35-1小時.高速公路. 但是有時有塞車問題.
但是是獨棟 . 3房1廳左右. 環境好. 有樹. 有草. 有院子.
該怎麼選呢?

- 2-3 cups of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 5 cups of cooking wine
- 1 star anise
- 1-2 bay leaves
- 6-8 pork hocks
- 3-5 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 slice of ginger
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Place pork hocks in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes or until the water becomes cloudy.
- Rinse pork hocks in cold water until cooled.
- In the pot, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add pork hocks, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, bay leafs. Cover with lid, cook for 15 minutes.
- When all pork hock have darkened, add cooking wine.
- Turn to low heat, cover with lid, cook for additional 1 hour.
